What you’ll learn
To Learn the Basic Medical and Physiotherapeutic Concepts of Gonoarthrosis
How can we apply manual physiotherapeutic techniques for gonoarthrosis
How can we use the Mulligan Concept at the level of knee joint
Using and learning application of physiological mobilizations of the knee joint, mobilization of the patella bone
How can we apply exercises for agonist and antagonist strengthening muscle
How can to apply kinesiotape in the presence of periarticular edema for knee joint
Requirements
Anyone who wants to learn about this course.
This course is accessible in different devices
No prior experience of knowledge of gonoarthrosis ( university/college students would be able to attend it)
Have some basic computer skills
Description
In this course you will learn all the steps and Methods of Rehabilitation that you must follow when you have a patient with Gonoarthrosis. You will learn practically how you can apply the Mulligan Concept when you have patient with restricted of flexion& extension movement for knee joint. You will learn in practice the application of Mulligan concept in some position. In the supine position you will learn application of medial & lateral glide also medial & lateral rotation. Then you will learn how to apply the Mulligan Concept in the prone position with the help of the belt for increase the range of motion for extension also flexion movement in Lateral glide. Also in the Loading Position with the help of belt you gone learn increase the range of motion for extension movement in medial& lateral glide. You will learn practically how to apply Kinesio Tape when the patient have edema. You will learn the application of Patella and Knee mobilizations in progressive way. Also you will learn progressive muscle strengthening with the help of the force of physiotherapist’s hand , with the help of therabands with the help of sand weights etc. At the end you will learn the application of proprioceptive exercises and gait rehabilitation that are valid in all pathologies of the lower limb.
