The Sober and Moving Forward course is intended for those who are having trouble reconciling their old, drinking identities with their new, sober identity. Many recovery programs focus heavily on guilt, shame and regret – this course does not. We will shift focus into moving ON instead of dwelling on the past. Getting sober is HARD and I’m here to help you.During the first few years of sobriety. I tried all the wrong things in order to try and figure out who I was now. I want to save you the hassle and provide you with the tools I know work. You are moving on from alcohol to have a better life, not to ruminate on the mistakes of the past. Those who love you and have helped you get here also want you to move on and have a fulfilled life.This course is the first semester, 3 total weeks of learning. Each module will have two parts; one sobriety focus and one health focus. You’ll have access for 6 weeks to ensure you can finish up any modules you may have missed or to revisit any that you thought were especially helpful.We will find and shape your new, sober identity together!
