At PlacesWork we are passionate about the changes that are coming about due to the new ways of working. We understand that with change there will be challenges, meaning that those who have always been leaders in organisations will need to adapt and learn new skills in order to help their organisations thrive. The Tools for Managing Hybrid Meetings: Leading and Managing Hybrid Teams course aims to give you the tools needed to succeed in the future of work, support your colleagues and create a thriving working environment free from burnout and stress.During the course you will be taught some of the tools utilised by PlacesWork director, Duncan Wallace, over his career in supporting passionate individuals & organisations with managing change, leadership, governance & organisational development. You will learn some of the core skills in managing hybrid working teams, how best to lead certain team members and you will practise delegation in a way that supports yourself and your colleagues.We are excited for you to take this learning journey with us!
